We understand quality as part and parcel of our daily work. Besides the certification
according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 we work in inter-disciplinary teams on the implementation of
a HACCP concept. The contents of the GMP handbook used at ESSEL's are reflected in our processes.
Our highly qualified employees work on the continuous improvement of the processes in the context
of KAIZEN measures. Due to many years of experience in the manufacture of laminate tubes we have
managed surely to handle also particularly narrow customer specifications. Our tubes meet highest
requirements regarding the safety of the side seam, even with extremely narrow seams, as well as
in terms of ovality and burst pressure resistance.

flexibility in the production environment.
Using high-quality, fully automatic production plants of a Swiss manufacturer we cover a wide
scope of the most different customer requirements and secure consistently high quality through
integrated supervision steps. Moreover, we check the most important critical parameters of the
tube by means of generally recognized AQL during the production as well as in the context of
the release.

- Production is ISO 9001:2000 certified
- Supervising of the execution of the side seam for overflowing of the cutting edges with the outer PE layers by means of a binocular zoom lens microscope with CCD, video camera/monitor and printer documentation
- Measuring of the side seam thickness and the side seam bending strength
- Checking of the ovality of the tube
- Checking of the burst pressure and determination of the overpressure resistance of the tube
- Measuring of the cap torque
- Checking of the print quality in accordance with the customer's instructions
- Recording of the production process by day coding
